What is testing?
Testing is performing a technical measurement or examination, from which a competent person can draw a conclusion as to whether or not a product or service meets the requirements specified in a standard.
Typical tests involve measurements of dimensions, chemical composition, microbiological purity, strength, or other physical characteristics of materials and structures.
Domestic and imported products are tested for conformity with standards. These are carried out by the appropriate SQCC laboratories.
